BAD SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER RIGHTS

<p>Went to Baby boom in Somerset Mall, they had a promotion on Avent stock 20% off. Avent Natural Bottles set were marked R499.99 on shelf and sales assistant said the 20% must still come off ,making the price R400. Got to till, the product scans R520.00. The explanation another staff member gives me " its not 20% off, its R20 off...." So Babyboom get R20 more , so the customer is running the promotion? Phoned Headoffice and the lady tells me sorry the price on the product was marked incorrect, but I can still get the bottles for R520 because the promotion ended..... yeah I should jump because y?? That was what I could've paid yesterday without all the phone call drama... NOT impressed and not leaving it here. I took pictures and I am not happy about the service.</p>
