Bad service and **** products

Bought a Titanium Baby travel system last year before my baby was born. When i took her out in the strroller at 4 months the one wheel kept coming off when I made it to the store in Hartebee****rt where I bought it, firstly they didn't believe me then they told me no I must have assembled the stroller wrong. After seeing the wheel was broken they refused to refund me or give me a new stroller they just have me a new wheel. 2 months later the wheel has now broken completely off and they refuse to help again. Also their brand Titanium Baby has ZERO to to do with the real Titanium Baby brand. The brand they sell is a **** remake of the real products.
