bad customer service

iv been going to baby boom for 2 years now, spend money at bel air branch every month for my toddler.. today we went to buy him a push car, when I asked the sales guy Eric has he got a sample or can I see the car he replies " I can not open the box" told him how do I see the size of the car, he ignores me, so I said " well if I can't see what it looks like then I'm not buying" shrugs his shoulders and says " OH WELL"

Clearly they don't care if they loose customers.
