Baby boom poor customer service

I am disappointed with the service I received from Baby Boom Forest Hill Mall. On Friday 31 May I went there to buy a baby blanket. After I paid for the blanket, one of the ladies took out a plastic cover which was crinkled and was untidily stuffed with others in a bundle. I told her not to put the blanket into that bag as it was a gift. She then shoved the blanket at me and left it there, not even to ask if I want a bag. I was then left there to see what to do with the blankie. what disappointed me the most was that I spoke to her respectfully only to be shoved with an item and to be given the bad side-eye, Does baby boom cover their merchandise with covers that look like second hand materials? How to I hand over that blanket to a new mommy in a crinkled bag? I am really disappointed in the behavior of your staff!
