BABY BOOM BAD CLIENT SERVICE

Hi , I purchased a christening dress for my 8 month old baby, that was R350 ( expensive dress ). On the day of her christening we went to church and the dress tored.....she couldnt even wear it the afternoon. So basicly she just wore the dress for an hour and a half. I phoned babyboom and spoke to the manager Anerita, who said we should bring in the dress cause she need to send pics of the dress to the supplier. A few days later I still had no response, so I phoned head office.....they told me they will get somebody to give me a call back. Simara phoned and stated that unfortunately the dress was already worn so they cant do anything about it. I mean really now, of cause the ****en dress was worn, but for such an expensive dress the quality is poor. I didnt ask for my money back, just maybe to get something else from them, but to my avail they doing nothing. Baby Boom Somerset Mall you are pathetic and your client service sucks.....I will tell everybody not to buy from your stores again. It's shocking how u treat your clients. Baby City wouldnt given us a voucher. Disappointed to the max!!!
