Pathetic service

I am utterly disappointed in Anne from Baby Biznuz at The Grove Mall! I received a gift voucher for my baby shower and the printed voucher indicated 6 months was changed to 12 months by pen for the voucher to be valid.

When I was in store to use it in December I was told I must call to speak to her because I have R150 left on the voucher. I want to use the remaining amount and now this woman is telling me maybe you people changed it jin writing and that they don't seal enveloped with vouchers!

I am not going to tolerate being accused and this after it was a gift, and I am not going to tolerate being cheated from money either! I have also seen people in any case making lots of comments about the pathetic service from the whites in that store because they want to treat and speak non-white customers a certain way!

This shop should be closed and I will advocate for people nor to go and shop there! This is ridiculous!
