Worst Service from baby benefits while mourning

I used this company before when it was still run by Karen, ever since Cindy took over it is just a ****, as soon as you pay they never revert back, she has even blocked my number so I cannot get through when I call. She is a con artist and does absolutely nothing to help, the worst thing is that I am home on maternity leave and my daughter passed away at just 16 days now I not only have to mourn my daughter but also have to stress about being conned by Cindy. I would never refer anyone to Cindy
