Worst company to deal with

After initial contact, this company seems very efficient and helpful, responding immediately with information. However, once you have paid them their fee, all communication from them comes to an end and you are unable to reach either the owner, Cindy Gien, or the new employee Erna on either of the numbers or email addresses provided.

When I requested an status update on my claim, a generic, blanket email was sent indicating that all claims had been submitted and that no claims with the Labour Department were outstanding. However, I went to the Department this morning only to find out that no claim has been lodged and that no company is able to do it on your behalf as the Department requires persons to appear in person with their original Identity Document.

Please, rather take the time to go to the Department and submit your claim in person. Do not deal with this company - they cannot be bothered to assist you.
