<p>I tried to apply for my maternity benefits online with ufiling and kept being told I had not sent in the relevant forms, even though I had faxed and emailed them repeatedly. I heard about baby benefits from a friend and wrote and asked for assistance. A wonderful lady called Karen talked me through the process and responded to my many emails over the next few weeks, even though I was not a paying client. She went out of her way to help me and I would definitely recommend going through this wonderful company rather than trying to deal with the uif directly. I know that I would definitely pay the small fee required and have baby benefits deal with the process from start to finish next time.</p>
