Waste of time and money.

Shocking service with dismal communication. Cindy is very professional and efficent when you enquire about using her business and the communication is prompt. This gives you a false sense of security as once you have paid and sent all your forms through it all goes dead. Your emails go unanswered and you can never get through on the phone. If by some miracle you do get through Cindy is never available to speak to. The asistant is of no use who lies saying she will get Cindy to call or email you back but the message is never passed on plus she does not take your cell number so Cindy can not call you. I do not understand why Cindy does not make herself available for clients in the tiny gap she has set for contact. She has **** to me saying my documents were uploaded but according to ufiling it was only loaded a week later (this was after over 20 calls to get through and many many unaswered emails). My payment was then cancelled by UIF and I had to try and find out from her why instead of her contacting me.

It is meant to be a "fast, simple process with claims made easy" as stated by their website. Instead it is a constant stress with zero communication and fight on your end to get any information!

Do yourself a favour and do it online yourself! Biggest waste of money, unfortunately
