Very unhappy with their service

Very unhappy with their service as I'm getting no feedback and was told my payment will be in December, after having to resubmit everything to them again I was told I will get the payment last month - it is now May and still no payment and they do not respond to any emails when I ask for feedback. Very very bad experience, will not recommend their service to anyone!
