URGENT REFUND NEEDED

Baby Benefits promised to submit my UIF claim , all was paid in time I was promised I will receive my money within 8 weeks , I stayed whole four maternity leave without payment , when I enquire I was told department has a bag log for the whole 4 months . (July 2017 till 05 November ) I then went to Department of Labour head office for further assistance , I was told nothing is loaded and has never attempt to be loaded , I then start the application by my self afresh which was Friday the 18th all loaded accordingly and Thursday the 24 I received my money . basically baby benefits did not do anything on my behalf , I asked humbly for my refund , they never rep**** please assist me
