Unreliable, not trust worthy, ****!!

I was first in contact with Cindy from UIF baby benefits in March before i went on Maternity leave in May 2019, she responded promptly to my email until i paid R800 for their services then she was a no show. Months went by without getting any payment the Department of Labor only to find out no claim has been lodged on my behalf by baby benefits. i then let Cindy know but for a week she ignored me point blank, i then reported them to the ombudsman and she (Cindy) promised to pay me back my R800 in a week. Its been 2 months after the incident now of her ignoring my email and no payment being made to me. Do not use this company no matter how desperate you, rather go to the department of health for yourself, they will give you better service than UIF Baby Benefits. Cindy is very quick to take your money but never delivers on the services promised. i paid a total of R1050 of which the R250 is none refundable.UIF Baby Benefits will take your money and run do not give them your hard earned money. Their Website doesn't even have an address which makes it even more hard to go their offices if they have one and demand you get your money back. i'm now getting legal advice on how to proceed with this matter because i'm not gonna allow them to take my hard earned money lying down.
