I have paid and send all required info to Cindy in February when I started my maternity leave. I have only received one small amount in April and nothing since then. Ive tried phoning and emailing Cindy with no reply. I am very unhappy with her services.

Once a claim is approved the first payment is made. The amount paid is up to the UIF. When the second payment is due, baby's birth certificate is required. Payment is not made before the Birth Certificate is received. This post, is dated before this. We apologize for the misunderstanding.
