UIF PAYMENT NOT RECEIVED AFTER 7 MONTHS

I have never been so disappointed, actually disgusted in a company's service in my life. Baby Benefits slogan: UIF made simple. This is simply NOT TRUE! I have now been waiting 7 months to receive my payment. This after I had to submit all my documents twice. Weeks will go by with delays in communication from Baby benefits, no responses and when they eventually respond I was always advised that changes had to be made, this after they apparently checked all the documents and advised that all was fine and in order. Dealing with Baby benefits is extremely time consuming and so much admin. They are extremely unprofessional and have no work ethic. When you call them they are never available or when you confront them on your issue, they keep quiet on the other side of the line. Baby Benefits take advantage of pregnant woman and don't deliver on their promises. I highly recommend consumers to Stay away from BABY BENEFITS UIF. ********* company!!!
