UIF Maternity - No Payment

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service from this company. My UIF claim had been submitted in January and I have not received any payment to date. When I call the company they never answer/return messages or respond to emails. When they do answer in the rare occasion they are not much help. The feedback is that they will follow up with the department of Labour and get back to me but I never hear from them.

I am starting to get despondent. If there is anyone that has some advice or can recommend a different route of action, please do get in touch.
