Terrible service

What a terrible company. Their service is beyond poor! They are quick to respond on the initial email then once you pay they disappear. I am back at work already with no payment or after I contacted UIF myself they said no claim has been submitted yet. Cindy Andries you owe me money!!!! It is a ******** offense to take someones money and not deliver the serviced you promised.
