Still no payment of UIF

I submitted my documents to Baby Benefits at the beginning of last year for Maternity leave. My son was born at the end of August and to this point I have still not received any payment of my UIF funds which I am relying on to pay off debts incurred during maternity leave as a result of no UIF payment. <br> <br> Baby Benefits did submit the documents. The first time the Department of Labour lost the forms and then Baby benefits resubmitted in December 2014. The last I heard was that the Department had processed my form and I would most likely receive payment in the following week or so. That was over 3 weeks ago. I have emailed the consultant, Jessica, twice since this last email about receiving funds and have not heard anything back! This is now beyond ridiculous. I have never heard anything from Cindy either and she has never responded to my email.<br> <br> My maternity leave ran officially from the `10th August to the 10th December 2014. It is now the 13th of March and despite rigorously enquiring from Baby Benefits, I still have heard nothing about my payment. This is absolutely unacceptable and I feel Baby Benefits has taken my fee and has done nothing to assist my circumstances.
