STAY AWAY FROM BABY BENEFITS

It's my first pregnancy, I saw an advert about Baby benefits and thought I'd make things easier for myself and get assistance with my maternity UIF avoiding long queues and assistance in documentation. I got in contact with Baby benefits, they sent me the documents, I had to make a payment of R650. The payment was done, the documents sent to me that I had to complete. From there on weeks delays in communication from Baby benefits, no responses and when they eventually respond I was always advised that changes had to be made and that I completed it incorrectly on numerous occasions. Dealing with Baby benefits is extremely time consuming and so much admin. They are extremely unprofessional and have no work ethic. I asked them to cancel, not submit my application and I requested at least 50% of my money back upon which they first refused and then **** advising that they already submitted my application to the department of labor in which case they did not. I now thus have to do everything myself. Baby benefits take advantage of pregnant woman and don't deliver on their promises. I highly recommend consumers to Stay away from BABY BENEFITS UIF. ********* company!!!
