Shocking service provider

For any Mom’s looking to use a UIF agency to assist with your UIF claims I wanted to caution you against using Baby Benefits UIF.

My baby was born end of June last year. My claim was submitted timeously and it is now end April and I have still not been paid out.

More than that, I have followed up with multiple people at the agency- Cindy, Karen, Erna and have had absolutely zero information about my claim and why it hasn’t been paid. I was promised a follow up over a month ago when I complained on their Facebook page and still nothing. They have now blocked me and my husband from commenting on their page.

I have tried calling, emailing and SMS-ing and still nothing.

They are absolutely shocking to deal with and I am very doubtful that I will receive my UiF payout.

Please, please do not use this agency.
