Service delivered

I used Baby Benefits to lodge my claim to UIF for my maternity leave benefits. Administration is complicated, like for every claim. It took time and it is a hassle as usual. Especially, I am a foreign citizen. Baby benefits informed me at the beginning of the process it will take time, probably even more time since I am not South Africa. In the end, I got full payment from the UIF without having to go to the department of labour. It took a few months, but it was worth it. Response time is not the fastest but in the end the service was delivered so I would recommend using Baby Benefits and I would use them again myself if applicable.
