PATHETIC SERVICE & DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

Having done this application before in September 2013, I asked Baby benefits to assist me with getting my forms to the labour department. I was told to pay R650 before they would assist me, which is fair and I did the payment straight away.<br> I already had my forms completed etc. only to be told I needed extra copies of the form which is a load of BS, and a letter from my employer - well if I could get the letter from my employer then I would have done the application by myself instead of paying someone. to cut a long story short, I requested a refund as I had to get it done myself - even if a % of what I paid was refunded I would have accepted it, only to receive their rude reply after 3/4 emails. You people are pathetic and are trying to exploit woman out there that don't know any better. I have done this before and didn't need the stuff which they required!!!
