Non Service from Baby Benefits UIF assistance agents

Actually a Zero stars rating is applicable. Had to pay a fee to obtain the relevant requirements. Once payment and documentation was sent through, I have had No further correspondence or progress update from them (May - September) New agents were requested to assist me and in a weeks time I have formal correspondence and progress an the application. I have now been home for 3 months with no income and slim to no feedback from Baby Benefits, - refund of the paid fee has been requested and ignored They will not receive any good review or positive word of mouth from me.
