No feedback whatsoever!

I requested Baby Benefits to assist me with my maternity UIF. I paid the fee of R800 and sent all the required documents to them for submission. My claim was allegedly submitted by them in August 2017 (I have no proof that it was in fact submitted). I have since returned to work and have to date not received any payment. I have on numerous occasions contacted Cindy / Erna via telephone and email; however to no avail. I have not received any feedback from them but for generic, blanket emails. I now have to go to the Department myself to try and sort out my claim! I find this unacceptable and will under no circumstances recommend this company to anyone.
