No feedback from this company

<p>I app**** for maternity uif during September last year I paid my fee and sent my documents to the company, Karen assisted me. Till today I have not received a cent from my uif. I understand the system is a frustrating one but what frustrated me was the fact that Karen never answers the phone or the fact that I never receive feedback from Baby Benefits unless I write them an email. On 10 Jan Karen said that she will give me feedback the following week just to wait and receive nothing till this day 3 weeks later, once again I have to email them to find out what is going on. Really regretting my decision using them. If I can do it over again I'll rather do it myself.</p>
