No feedback and phones always off.

Babybenefitsuif promise to help with your UIF applications. They ask for a fee upfront and send you all the relevant forms to fill in and then hand them in to the department of labour on your behalf. Saving you the hassle of standing in queues etc...Unfortunately this time around for me they haven't handed in the relevant forms to the department of labour and have failed to keep me informed on what's going on or kept in contact in any way at all. They don't answer their phones or respond to any emails. The one and only time I did get hold of them they promised to send the forms but it's a week later and still no forms have been sent. I now have to drop off the forms myself as I'm getting warning letters from the department of labour because money is apparently outstanding and they are threatening to take legal action! Babybenefits didn't even warn me that this was the case. This is terrible service and I will def warn all my friends to not use them. A waste of money, precious time and highly frustrating!!
