More than 3 weeks later, I still haven't gotten a response on the forms that I scanned to be checked by them. Instead every time I send an email to enquire, they stall by asking questions unrelated to the forms. I have requested their postal adress at least 3x to send docs & their phone always goes to voicemail. In my last call lady said she'll review my forms next, a week later she emails to ask me which email adress to use for me, of course it has to be the one I'm emailing from to enquire about progress. Like really?! This is the service one gets for paying in advance?
