I was in two minds about using an agency to apply for my maternity benefits but am so grateful that I did. Complications with forms from my employer caused multiple problems which Baby benefits' team ironed away so that I could receive my UIF payout without a hitch. Phew! And in time for Christmas! Vey impressed with the service I received!
