DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY
For nearly 4 months since going through the UIF process with Baby Benefits we have had absolutely minimal assistance and to date nothing has been paid to us for our UIF. I have sent daily / weekly mails made calls to follow up and I just get ignored. This is firstly not ethical nor is this how business is done. This will be the last time we use or will ever refer this company. Totally unacceptable.
