DO NOT USE BABY BENEFITS UIF!!

I have never in my life received such terrible service. I have been messed around and blatantly ignored and avoided. My son is now 11 months old and I have still received NOTHING from the UIF due to fact that NOTHING has been done by Baby Benefits on my claim. In the beginning I received some assistance from Karen, then my claim was handed over to Cindy who subsequently left and my claim handed over to Erna. My claim was not correctly processed initially and I had to resubmit all my documentation again for online submission 2 months later. To which I was told I had to wait for feedback from the UIF, I followed up and followed up and followed up and Baby Benefits still has no decency to just provide me feedback or even acknowledge my emails. Their mail box is full so I cannot call and get through or leave a message. I am absolutely shocked and I am SO disadvantaged as a company I trusted to assist me has let me down SO terribly.
