DO NOT USE BABY BENEFITS FOR UIF CLAIMS

To anyone that is claiming for UIF (either maternity or retrenchment), please do not make use of Baby Benefits. Cindy hardly ever answers phone calls, she is inundated with claims that she cannot manage and the service delivery is non-existent. I was retrenched at the end of May and paid R750.00 for her services in order not to go through the process of doing it myself. Today I received an email from the UIF to say that there are 6 documents outstanding that I need to submit ASAP. Cindy never mentioned these documents to me. The only reason why the UIF themselves became aware of me is that on 10 October I filed my own UIF claim on UFiling. Cindy does not reply to emails and if she does it does not make sense at all. It is horrifying to think that there are people out there, such as Cindy who takes the precious Rands out of the pockets of people in despair who do not only have to go through the pain of being retrenched, but now being ****** as well. Please do not use Baby Benefits for any services. UFiling is a much better alternative and is interactive and one can see the online progress of ones claim.
