Do not use Baby Benefits! Do it yourself via u-filing online.

I previously had Cindy's help with claiming maternity UIF in 2018 - no problems. However, since then the systems have changed and everything can be done online via u-filing. Had I known I would have done it myself. Nonetheless the money was paid so I let her do it for me. 3 months later I'm still waiting for my UIF. I emailed her numerous times to which she never responded to. Very unprofessional and ********* behavior.
