Do not make use of this company

This company does not explain to you how their process works until you pay them.<br> <br> So I have paid this company R650 for them to deal with my UIF whilst I'm on leave, however they chose to have a bad attitude and **** mothers on maternity leave.<br> I am not surprised to see that this company does not respond to any of their complaints.<br> Completely inadequate processes.<br> My leave started on 6 July 2015 and my baby was born on 15 July 2015. Premature at 2.5kg, these idiots expect people to take babies out and complete their forms.<br> If I did not have the facilities at home to print and scan etc, I would probably have had more problems.<br> I attempted to contact them via telephone however the reception advised that no one is in the office. I requested that they call me back, but they couldn't be bothered.<br> I have now ended up doing this entire process myself. Thanks for *****ing money from people!<br> <br> I want my money back.<br>
