Complete lack of feedback after payment

I was referred to this company by a friend and decided to make use of their services for concenvience purposes. I have been extremely dissapointed, as after I made payment to them, the service has just gone downhill. They only respond to my emails when I threaten with a bad Hellopeter review (obviously I'm done threatening) and none of my questions have been answered. I provided them with all my UIF documents on 28 Feb already and no claim is reflecting on Ufiling yet, after they advised my claim has been submitted. Unfortunately, I cannot even contact the UIF offices myself, as the callcentre is closed during lockdown. Sadly, I have in anyway done a lot myself. This is extremely frustrating, as my maternity leave is completely unpaid and I need UIF payment asap, especially under the current lockdown circumstances. I would not advise anyone to make use of this company's services. I wish I rather submitted my claim myself via Ufiling, then I might have received payment already or would atleast know the progress of my claim. I hope this review motivates this company to provide a better service in the future and deliver as promised.
