Cindy baby benefits

Good day So a little more then a year ago I had to complain about Cindy the boss of baby benefits I dealt with her but did not get anywhere so I had to come here only then I saw a change and things started to happen. Now we are in lockdown and I have my baby but I need to claim online due to the virus so I have to login to my UIF but guest what she never changed the email address back to mine when everything was done she left her details in they are emailing her my username name and password I whatsapp app her to please check her sms and email she goes on but ignore me so what do I do UIF call centers is close now I can not claim what can I do about this woman where can I rapport her I need to claim I'm on a no work no pay basis this is really serious I'm asking her why she did not put my details in but no answer only that time when I came to hallo Peter she woke up please I need help
