Bad Service

I paid Baby Benefits to assist with my UIF claim in April 2014 only received one payment in June 2014 and have been battling to get the rest on my money since then. 8months later and I have to constantly follow up with Cindy who keeps blaming the department , she does'nt ever have valuable feedback and keeps promising updates which never happens .I am so disappointment in the lack of feedback and Care from this company it is just pathetic.
