Baby benefits uif

Baby benefits service is horrible and a complete sham.I used baby benefits uif in 2015 when Karen ran the company, it was a long process but my maternity claim was paid out.Knowing i could count on the company i used them for my uif maternity claim again in 2018.I sent through forms and sent numerous emails only to get a response 1 month later to ask i change documents.After constant follow up Cindy tells me in April 2019 i had enough time still but she wants one more document. I get a email from Cindy in September to tell me my claim is being assessed, a month later still no payment. When i eventually called the uif department i was told there was no record of my claim. I could not access the claim online as all my user details were set by baby benefits. Each time i queried i had never received a response. Her colleague prudence was also no help and extremely arrogant and rude when i called and complained. This is definitely no less than a **** and a ********** company. Instead of making things easier during your maternity claim it turns out to be stressful and in the end you left with nothing .Its almost two years later and i have till today not received my payment .This **************** .
