Baby Benefits my ass

They say we will process your claim for R790 and after 5 weeks of waiting for my claim to be paid, they have still not done anything. I then processed my own claim online and requested a refund but they only ignore me. What is a mother to do, who waited for funds to buy her baby nappies and milk, just to be told nothing has been done after 5 weeks of patiently waiting.
