Baby Benefits bad service

I got baby benefits to help me sort out my uif claim,its been 8 weeks now and im still struggling to get feedback from them They rep**** twice to all my emails after sending them a few asking for feedback.,.,this is ridiculous to be honest,and its been 2 weeks again since I got anything from them and ive asked once again for feedback but still nothing
