Absolute **** - they should be arrested

This is an absolute **** of a business. I paid R800 for them to assist me. ,back and forth with documents taking weeks each time to respond and only after hounding them on every channel of communication I could find. I comp**** with every request and every document and every change and after months and months of begging I still have no UIF payout over a year later. Don't dare use this company for the sake of your money and sanity. And trying to do all this with a newborn was just so horrible and a complete waste of time. Even if there is a so called back-log to not communicate with paying clients and completely ignore their mails and calls after taking their money is theft.
