Baby and Maternity very bed customer service.

Very bad customer service... BABY AND MATERNITY I bought a changing station play set for my baby's room two weeks ago to find it's not suitable for my changing station. I contacted them and they were willing to exchange it for me. Along the conversation the lady started commenting in Afrikaans and as soon as I told her I'm not afrikaans she refused to assist with the exchange... she even blocked my number on WhatsApp. I find this very ******.
