Why Am I being harrassed for Prescribed Debt !!!!

I am just ****ed off by this company, because firstly I did not even take their money, was sold a scrupulous business which I later asked hem to cancel as I did not see any value in it, secondly I remember very clearly that all documents were not handed over,ie ,I did not give that lady my bank statement to verify my affordability yet she continued with the process,thirdly the papers that were brought by your debt collector says I took the money,and were cooked to say I paid for that thing,I did not pay I reversed all the debit order ,another thing even if its like that that thing is a prescribed as per NCR and does not even show on my credit report.<br> <br> stop your harassment and telling me you going to garnish me,its against the law,and I will take this up with Council for debt collectors of SA.<br> <br> The debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such. I request this matter be closed with Babereki and their Attorneys. Any negative information will be removed as per Article 70 (2) (f) of the NCA, Act 34 from 2005. Should this not be addressed immediately I will lay a complaint with the relative authorities, ie, NCR and LSSA<br>
