Unprofessional service

This company Baberkie i took a loan with them years ago they only made contact once never sent an email i was unemployed and could not make further payments due to retrenchment from work force yet thet have a nerve to sent a guy called Jacob to my work place with a summons not contact or letter of demand was sent i am very upset a disgusted they will deal with my lawyers.
