Settled credit
I had a loan with Babereki and the account has been settled 4 moths ago , but my credit profile is still not updated and it's still reflecting as an active account that is owing them. I’ve been calling and texting them on their WhatsApp but they're not helpful at all 🤬
They keep on saying we have sent your details to the relevant department but no action made, and this is affecting my finances/ score records 😞
