Poor service regarding a garnishing complaint

<p>Im being garnished by Babereki Finance for a loan i already paid.I made several complaints by calling and emailing them but with unsatisfactory responses.I get different stories from different agents working for them.I also get different balances.I asked for a recording of the loan agreement they garnish me for and was told i will get it via email but its been months now and still have not receive it.So what am i supposed to do now?</p>
