Poor service regarding a garnishing complaint

<p>Im waiting for months now to receive recordings of loan agreements im accused of by Babereki.Every time after i place a complaint here im being contacted by them but after i demand for the recordings i was promised to get from them they goes quiet on me and ignore my mails.After my last complaint i receive mail my balance is been written off but thats not satisfying for me because i know i dont owe them therefore i need recordings to proof my point and to get the money back that they garnished since September 2016.</p>
