over debited

I took a loan and a cellphone contract with Babereki last year, then I was unemployed for about 10 months now they are debiting me half of my salary and this is not what we agreed upon and they debit my bank account on a daily basis I want some of my money back that was debited because that was not the amount we agreed upon and no one has called me to make arrangements.
