My name is T Tshabalala, I would like to voice out my frustration regarding this company. I settled my loan with them last year August and to my surprise my account is still being debited. I went to their offices to show them my proof of payment and they said it was a mistake on their side and that they would rectify it, till today that has not been rectified and they are still debiting my account, even worse they are on my credit record and this is affecting my score badly. I saw on my credit record that they are claiming that I took another loan with them last year August and now they are calling themselves Telesure. Babereki is a ***** and they just want to keep debiting peoples accounts without authorization. My credit score / profile is taking a serious knock due to this mistake. I am so frustrated by this and I need it to resolved ASAP.
