Debit Orders

July 2014 I paid up 2 of the loans I had with them and then took out another one which I finished paying Feb/March 2015. July 2015 they start debiting my account again, I call they tell me there was an error, I do a reversal with my bank, August 2015 same thing happened. September 2015 they debited around 40 something rand twice, I reversed again, October 2015 same thing I did not reverse, today 25 November 2015 they debit R169.78 twice from my account. In August I was told my name will be removed from the debiting list but to my surprise they are still busy coming to my account unauthorised, reversing costs me.When I call I am not given a clear answer, they keep referring me to other people. What I need is my name to be removed from their debiting list and my money fro October 2015 and November 2015 to be paid back into my account by end of this month.
