Calling nr's not listed or authorized

<p>so I have a loan and unfortunately lost my job receiving the funds! I had informed the consultants on numerous occasions that I'm unemployed and I'm not receiving an income !!! So today (05:07/2016) my mom calls me to tell me that babereki called her at HER work and disclosed my personal info with her( breach of contract/invasion of privacy) apparently obtaining her work Nr from my ex employer , o have a cellphone Nr and an email address.... Why am I not being called or email , I did not give them permission to disclose my personal acc with a third party and according to the consumer act law they are not allowed to irrespective the situation .... Someone from babereki must call me to rectify the situation as I tried to call them today at 3 and spoke to a lady who was very rude and cut the call after accusing me of swearing because I referred to the company as "you guys "</p>
